Quirk: Dead Eye - The user can shoot, launch and throw anything at a target with perfect accuracy by looking at them. The only downside is that prolonged use of the quirk can cause temporary blindness and severe migraines. This quirk is just a cover for your actual quirk, which is Overhaul (Yes, you have the same quirk as Kai)
Quirk: Overhaul - The user is granted the ability to disassemble anything they touch and reassemble it in any configuration they desire, effectively giving them full control over the matter. The user can disassemble people to kill them or reassemble them to heal wounds. The only downside is that once the limbs are restrained, so is the quirk. Also, the user can only activate the quirk if they are directly touching the desired person or object.
