Welp, it's been a while since I've interacted as an author with y'all, and what better time to do this than to freak out over the last episode of Loki?
That episode had me in a CHOKE HOLD from the beginning. I mean it's not surprising, but can we take a moment to for the editing team for Loki's final ascension to his throne? And the fact that this man KNEW from the very beginning;
Yup- he's burdened with glorious purpose all right.
Pure insanity. Also had me at the halfway point with that bit with He Who Remains and Sylvie- really thought he was gonna have to give her that stabby stab.
But all in all, that was probably the best ending for a Marvel series (in my opinion) since WandaVision. It was moving and brilliant and revealed this character and showed his struggle in less than an hour. And can you imagine what that centuries of study would've looked like? The man was DEDICATED.
And what better time for this ep to come out than before my birthday? Blessed by that fine-ass man is all I need😌
So, with a final sign off, I'll let y'all know that I have not abandoned this book, I've just been busy with work and the Christmas rush 😵💫
