It was late June when I had gotten my acceptance letter to Hogwarts my parents where thrilled that I had gotten in, my parents are humans so it was awful strange that I was a witch we are still figuring out that part, they knew of the hidden world because well they adopted a wizard my brother Malcolm grey his birth name was actually Malikai Potter mom says he is the lost Potter whatever that means, and me well I'm Juniper Grey, I am actually blood related to my parents unlike my brother but it never made any sense how I am a witch, I guess we will have to figure it out together.
It was October 13 when we were supposed to leave for Hogwarts I was a bit nervous because I was actually 14 years old usually if u are going to get accepted into Hogwarts u will start at the age of seven but for me and Kai (Malikai Kai for short) we are starting late and we are super excited but also super nervous but I'm sure we will be fine... I hope
I grab the last of my clothes and shove them in my trunk happy it all fit, I turn looking at my mother I smiles and hug her "I'm going to be fine mom we're going to have so much fun and learn so many new things" she nods and let's me go " I know u will but promise me this one thing do not mess with the Malfoys" I nod and hug her again and smile and hug my dad " I'll be home soon for holidays"
I finally made it to Hogwarts and I have to say it is gorgeous there is so much to see and so much to hear, I had to wait in a group of I think first years and some my age like Kai and everyone else I don't even really know what house I want to get into I haven't even really thought about it all I know is I promised my mom to stay away from Malfoy
"Juniper Grey" I nervously walk up to the stool and sit down looking at all of the eyes on me then I heard the hat start talking "ah a grey your mother was a life saver as for ur father he was a killer" my eyes widen my mom is not a doctor and she doesn't save lives, my dad is the nicest person u could ever meet "SLYTHERIN" the table on the far right started cheering I smile and walk over to the table shaking hands with everyone I look up as they say my brothers name "Malikai Grey" I turn watching as the hat started speaking "hmm very opposite from Juniper but the same parents by heart" he paused and Kai looks at me "RAVENCLAW" my mouth opens wide and he mouth a 'sorry' and goes to sit with his table
I was kind of bummed Kai isn't in the same house as me but I know he will do good in ravenclaw just as I will do in Slytherin although I had the pleasure of meeting Malfoy he seemed like an ass so I understand my mothers wishes
Dinner was finally over and I followed everyone to our common room which was in the basement 'weird' anyways it was gorgeous everything was either green or black the couches were a nice dark green and the floors a nice wooden black it was just spectacular I continued up the stairs finding a door with my name carved on it I slowly open it a find all of my things I smile and my owl I had named her blue bird I don't know why but that name just fit her so well, I walk over to my trunk and open it smiling at my brothers black and red hoodie I had snuck before we left home I had a fear of us not being in the same house so I took a hoodie to still have his scent, I put all of my clothes away smiling at the closet full of clothes I shove my trunk under the bed and turn around hearing the door burst open "who the hell are u" 'wow she sounds like a bitch' I cross my arms "Juniper Grey and u are" she looks taken back at my attitude "pansy Parkinson pleasure I'm sure" I roll my eyes and she walks to a bed looking at me "that is your half of the room stay in it unless u are leaving the room, I like my privacy don't go snoopy threw my things, I have my boyfriend here a lot don't complain, follow those things and we will be good understand" I nod knowing we are not going to get along very well
I had taken a nice long cold shower I needed it I was so relaxed by the time I was done I threw on my fuzzy shirt with the matching bottoms I put my clothes in the hamper and walk out of the bathroom seeing Malfoy and Panay cuddling she looks up at me "finally I have to use the bathroom be right back Draco" she stares me up and down while going into the bathroom, I walk over to my deck putting on my lotion and perfume and I catch him watching my every move " u know it's rude to stare" I swear to Merlin I saw this man smirk but it went away too fast as pansy walked back out looking at the both of us "relax I don't what ur man Parkinson" she rolled her eyes and they went back to cuddling and I slipped into my bed slowly falling asleep looking at the ceiling.
