She takes after her mother in appearance. She has her father blonde hair and blue eyes she gets from her mother. Her ghost form has white hair, and glowing green eyes. Lucy wears a blue dress and blue boots, with blue gloves.
History
Lucy lived with her over busy mother and always absent father that always away for his football games. She lived with her grandparents at Fenton work's even with Jazz agents it. It happened one day when Lucy was helping her grandfather with an experiment with her Uncle Danny and Aunt Jane's blood that went wrong.
He went up stairs to us the bathroom and Lucy got caught in the blast. When she woke up with snow white hair and glowing green eyes. She knew that she had become a ghost. Jazz lost it taking her back home after banding her from going back to her grandparent's place. It didn't take her mother to becoming busy again.
It was then that Lucy chose to run away. After writings a quick letter flew away leaving her lonely life behind her. She was flying over Jump City until the screams made her stop knowing she need to help. It was then that she meet the friends and them becoming the Teen Titans.
