Toss a Coin to Your Bard

Oh, gather 'round, ye weary souls,
And heed my tale of valour untold,
A tale of a bard with a heart so bold,
toss a coin to your bard, let his story unfold.

High on the mountain tops, the battles were fought,
Heroes clashed, their destiny sought,
The clash of swords and the cries that rang,
echoed through the land, like a mournful pang.

Amidst the chaos, a minstrel stood,
With melodies enchanting, the reason for good,
His voice like honey, his words like gold,
toss a coin to your bard, let his story unfold.

With lute in hand and a gleam in his eye,
He strummed the strings, notes soaring high,
answered the call.

Through the valleys and over the hills,
He sang of legends, with blood that spills,
Of fearsome beasts and dragons untamed,
Justice and honour, his songs proclaimed.

Tales of love and the longing for peace,
He sang of longing, pain, and release,
His melodies danced upon the breeze,
toss a coin to your bard, let your worries cease.

The people, they gathered, drawn by his song,
He offered solace, a place to belong,
He rallied the weary, lifted their spirits high,
With his music, their burdens they could defy.

From village to town, his fame would grow,
Songs of his prowess, everyone would know,
He touched their hearts, their sorrows he eased,
toss a coin to your bard, let harmony be seized.

But legends are fleeting, like a passing breeze,
And soon the bard would be brought to his knees,
A cruel fate, his path would take a turn,
As hardships and losses began to churn.

Yet, through the darkness, he found his yielding, his spirit wouldn't sway,
He turned his pain into songs of might,
toss a coin to your bard, let him shine with light.

So, toss a coin to your bard, for his music divine,
To the minstrel who'll never decline,
Though battles may rage and times may be hard,
His songs will uplift, they'll heal every scar.

Oh, gather 'round, ye weary souls,
embrace the tale of valour untold,
With lute in hand and a voice so bold,
toss a coin to your bard, let his story unfold.

The end.
