5 minutes of agony, a taste of pain to remind me that I'm still painfully alive.

5 minutes before I finally accomplish death and my body stops struggling -uselessly- against the currents.

5 minutes still tethered to this world, hoping everything will end soon.

5 minutes before my lungs fill to the point of bursting with water.

5 minutes until I reach my final destination, when all systems shut down and the presence of my mind in this world ceases to exist.

Finally, I'm free.
