IN WHICH... a group of friends get together for a birthday party and play a unmarked board game one if then purchased at an odd games store run by a mysterious man. the game is given as a gift to the birthday boy and all the friends settle down to assemble the game pieces and play. it starts innocently enough, the main game board being a doll house resembling a haunted mansion, and the game pieces being paper dolls to resemble the players. the object of the game is to move through the rooms of the house by drawing cards and answering questions about their fears, until they reach the exit in the roof if the house. however, each card drawn slowly gets more sinister until the players are knocked unconscious by an unseen force. when they awaken they find themselves in a run down parlor room, all too similar to the one they put together for the game board house. now, the friends find themselves trapped in a very real game, one where they must face their deepest fears in order to progress.

GAME RULES ──
i. hold your right hand in the air and swear on your life that this game is real.
ii. answer the cards honestly, the game knows when you lie.
iii. watch out for the shadow man, the lurker, and the creeper. they could be around any corner.
iv. should you fail to face your fears, you will die. when you die, you do not respawn.
