war is horrid, harsh
man deserves a peaceful life
God, show us the way
war is destructive
it quells much achievement,
productivity
war obstructs progress
it stifles development,
infects brilliant minds
war poisons the earth
needing years for revival
often forever
are you listening
to my desperate appeal?
God, can you hear me?
