There she is haunting me
The mirage of what I will never be
Feeling me with complete inadequacy

and no matter how long I chase her she is out of reach
All those years chasing her and honestly feeling as if I'm going nowhere
Can't let her go
Can't let her be
My Haunted Mirage
One day I will transform myself and be her
My disabilities will just disappear
Achieving and completing did not obtain
The version of what I wanted to attain
My Haunted Mirage
Every day outside my reach
She appears and belittles me
