Burbank, 1998, Warner brothers studio...

The ceo of the studio had just informed the toons that had worked there for many years, and for some like the warners many decades that they were being fired. All of them, because of a disagreement in both toons and humans. Yakko Wakko and Dot were told they had 1 hour to back their bags or else they'd be kicked out without any of their belongings. Each Warner putting all their furniture, clothing and personal objects into their hammer spaces as fast as possible.

Once they were finished packing the 3 stood in their beloved home for over 60 years one last time.

"Wow. I can't believe it.... This really is the end of our cartoon careers." Yakko said simply put, holding back tears as he felt all their past memory's hit him like a rock. "Who knows, maybe someday toons will be back on the air again, maybe they'll reboot us even!" Wakko said hopefully. He never gave up hope, even if his sibs were sad, heck even when he was sad. There had to be a way, they couldn't just leave forever! "I doubt it." Dot replied as she went towards the big water tower shield door. Wakko sighed and started to follow until Yakko remembered something and started running towards his bedroom closet.

Wakko looked at Dot and just shrugged. Yakko had ran to go fetch something from along time ago that they had hidden in a fake air vent in his bedroom closet. A time capsule. He ran back out and returned with the item. Wakko remember instantly while it took Dot a moment. They hadn't seen that thing in over 20 years. "Ohh.. wait I sort of remember that." Dot said scratching her head. "Yeah we originally had hid it in the lot but remember when Mr Plotz found out we had chiseled a hole in the concrete outside he got very angry!" Wakko said, the memory's coming back to him.

All three started laughing hysterically. "So then I forgot... we moved it to the bedroom closet!" Dot said now remembering it completely, I mean it had been 20 some years. "Let's open it!" Yakko said as he managed to pry the old rusted metal tin cover off. When he did the others immediately had the same nostalgic reaction and look on their face. Tons of photos from the 60s and 70s filled the tin along with some of their old posters and other random junk. Wakko didn't care about all that junk though, he freaked out when he saw there was a 20 year old candy in there. "Don't mind if I do!" He said happily.

He grabbed it and looked at the wrapping. "Wait... this is the last every chewy chew!" Wakko freaked out as he looked at the now far long expired discontinued Candy. "Oh please don't Wakko, that's disgusting!" Dot proclaimed as she started to gag. "Mmm!" Was all Wakko could say as he opened the Candy up and threw it into his mouth. Yakko and Dot watched him in terror and disgust. "Is it.. good?" Yakko asked. "Oh nah it tasted terrible! Like mold actually." Wakko said now contemplating his life decisions.

"Well, alright sibs! Guess it's time to go..." Yakko said as he put the time capsule in his hammer space. "I'm really going to miss this place." Wakko said hugging his big brother tightly. Dot joined the group hug as well. They faced the interior of the water tower as tears began to crawl out of their eyes. This was the end. The end of their home, career and family. No more hello nurse jokes, no more episodes, no more zany antics... it was over. Yakko sighed deeply as tears plopped onto the floor. He lead the three out the water tower door and they said their final goodbyes.

As they exited the studio for one last time Yakko Wakko and Dot looked back at the studio. Memories... but now it was time to start a new life.

"Goodbye Warner brothers studio...we will never forget you."

The Warners left and were on their way to the bus stop as they were not only told to leave the studio but to leave Burbank, the Warners had no idea why though, because they were the only toons told to leave Burbank, did they do something wrong? Nonetheless they decided to move to one of the small towns about an hour away from Burbank, there they would hope to rent out a cheap apartment to stay in.  Although they had money from the production of Animaniacs Plotz had taken it away from them when they were fired which Yakko Wakko and Dot also didn't know why but they went along with it anyway, they may be zany toons but they didn't want to mess with how serious Mr Plotz was in that moment. Something was definitely wrong.

The bus arrived and the 3 Warners entered, when they entered they expected people to look at them because they were obviously kind of famous, but they didn't expect people to be afraid of them? Mothers hugged their children close and many shivered in fear. "Uh Yakko? Why are they scared of us?" Wakko whispered. "I don't know? This is all so strange, why do people seem to hate us now?" Yakko whsipered back. The rest of the bus ride was... long and interesting but nonetheless they got off at their bus stop and walked a few blocks to their new apartment.

"So, is the new apartment nice? Because this neighborhood looks creepy!" Dot said as a shiver went down her spine. "So... about that... it's not the greatest.. but it was really cheap!" Yakko confessed. "Please don't tell me there's going to be bed bugs!" Dot face palmed. "Look it's all going to be fine! Maybe it'll be better than the pictures!" Yakko reassured them. "Well how bad can it really be?" Wakko asked.

...

The three Warners were absolutely disgusted and horrified at the smell and look of the apartment. "Ok... so it can be that bad." Wakko replied to his previous comment. It was really bad, to say the least. First off the whole place smelt of rotten food, mold and bugs second off the wallpaper on the walls was peeling and the last owners didnt seem to have cleaned at all. The couch was old and rickety and the floors creaked underneath them as they walked in. "So.." Yakko began hesitantly. He knew Dot and Wakko were not happy. "This was the best place we could find for our budget? Really?" Dot said, still in shock.

"Look I'm sorry guys! As your big brother I really wanted to get a nice place but... I only have 500$ in my bank account... the rest of our money is gone." Yakko said sadly. He wished he could have given them better, but this would have to make do. "It's ok! It could be a lot worse!" Wakko said trying to bring some cheer into the conversation.

...

"My bed has a hole in it!" Dot shouted from her room. "Well come see this then!" Yakko shouted back to his sister. Him and Wakko were sharing a room and well... it wasn't great, let's just say that. "Your bed is...." Dot said trying to find the right words. "In pieces... yeah I know apparently the last owner took the bed apart and left it there, don't know why but ok." Yakko shrugged as he began to look through the pieces of his bed. "And yours is.." Dot began. "Falling apart. Yeah." Wakko said staring at the bed that was literally on the verge of breaking down. "I think my beds coming together!" Yakko said proudly as he sat down ontop of it, it collapsing immediately.

"Yeah... this is going to be interesting."
