I STORMED INTO THE room, tear-stained cheeks as I stared in utter disbelief.
"My family is dead! They fucking died! Whether it's that fucking bastard that did it or it was you, you had no damn right to keep it from me!" I spoke it with rage, "What did they ever do, huh? They didn't deserve this! What the fuck is wrong with you?" I spoke with venom, my teeth gritting as my eyes widened, waiting for a response.
"You never even cared for your parents—"
"I care for Sofia! She's a child, she shouldn't have gotten killed!" I yelled, all my words coming out loud, "She didn't deserve this. None of this! You could've stopped it, with me or not, you could've stopped this shit!" I pointed at him, my feelings all over the place.
"Sofia, Evelyn, James, Isabelle—even Martha! Murdered in cold blood," My voice went down to its normal tone, but the cruel glare I had burning into them would never leave my eyes, "Just because I did this doesn't mean they had to die! Just because I'm destined to this fucked up fate doesn't mean they had to be brought into this," My hands moved to my face, then my forehead, trying to regain composure.
"How did you even—"
"People talk! No matter how loyal your minions may be, everyone loves a good chat about drama. No matter how unnecessary it is, right?" I mimicked in his tone, "Isn't that right, doctor? Get your own team under control before you talk about me. Your base is as dangerous as it gets, word will get around one way or another."
"A tip, Terror," He smiled, "Never let this shit get to you, or do we have to get—"
"Understood," I cleared my throat, the tears welled up in my eyes and choked up sob in my throat were held back, shaking my head as I turned on my heels. Funny, because I was still held down, anyway, no use in submitting into it because I was going to get it one way or another. Something I had to learn the hard way.
