With the help of her mother-in-law,
she left the room crossing the corridor,she stood on the topmost stairs to get a shock looking at the view in front of her.

The hall were full of crowd. Ladies were gossiping,kids were playing and running after one another, and mens were having their serious discussion.

And she somewhere start to feel nervous in the thought that these many people came for her muh dikhai and pehli rasoi .

She was lost in her own thoughts when she felt a hand on her shoulder, she turned to see her mother-in-law with assuring smile.

Beta ye sab hamareh ristedar he , unhe jaldi Jana he toh chale , mummy ji adjusted her veil till her nose.

(They are all our relatives, they have to leave soon , let's go)

With the help of her sasu maa, she climb down the stairs and sat on the sofa.

Till now , she has gained everyone's attention. Even kids were excited to see the dulhan ( bride)

Her nervousness hd already vanished long ago . Her focus was on her lap as if it was the most interesting thing to her.She felt that someone stood infront of her and keep looking at her.She lift her lashes to see an elderly couple infront of her . As they were not familiar to her , she keep looking at them .

Sensing her confusion, Harish ji move forward and place his hand on her head and said beta, ye kailash aur Seema he , hamarah bada beta aur bahu, kal hi aye toh tum inhe nahi janti .

( They are kailash and Seema , our eldest son and daughter-in-law, they arrived yesterday so you don't know them)

Everyone were happy. She met Akhil and Sunaina (kailash and Seema's son and daughter-in-law) , even Aasna their 4 years old daughter, were excited to met her chachi . Hall were filled with their laughter and giggles . Looking at everyone she felt happy yet lonely .

With the help of Sarda ji, Seema ji , Sunaina and their maid Sheela , Diya cooked breakfast. She was told to cook a sweet dish only . They don't want her to feel exhausted on the very next day of the wedding.

At dining, everyone was chit- chatting, laughing and gossiping. But Diya was feeling embarrassed as her husband was not there . As we know , many aunties asked her about him. But like them she was also clueless.

Everyone praised her and handed her many gifts. She hesitated as they had already gifted her for muh dikhai . But at last , she kept them .

Samar and Samaira smiled and gave her a gift , she smiled at them . Samar leaned and wishpers bhabhi, ye na aap akele me kholna pls, Diya smiled and nodded .
