this is a remake of my other book I wrote that was also called "obsessed" unfortunately most of you guys hated that book for some reason and I was getting a lot of hate it to the point where I also started to hate the book so I unpublished it

"You got all your stuff ready?" Asked your mom walking towards you with that kind smile you loved "yeah I'm just going to be gone for a day and a few hours no doubt Tatum wouldn't let me leave in the morning without having breakfast" you said putting your warm blanket in your bag

Tatum had blankets for you to use but personally you don't like using other people's stuff and the blanket was your favorite "y/n" said your little sister walking over to you "don't go" she said hugging your waist you smiled and put your hand on her bair she was just a few years younger than you

"Don't worry Lily I'll be back tomorrow and then we can go shopping and you can get that plushie you wanted" you said hearing your phone ding "have a good night" said your brother holding his snake in his hands striker looked at you and hissed while going to wrap himself around your brothers neck

(Striker is back because I love him)

"I never understood why striker never liked me" you said pulling out your phone to check your message "he'll get used to you some day" said your brother gently petting striker's head "Sidney texted me saying they are outside "come back safe" said your mom putting a hand on your back

"Don't worry I will" you said grabbing your bag and walking towards the door where you see Tatum and Sidney outside the car waving at you "take care of her for me" said your mom looking at Sidney "don't worry we will" said tatum walking over to you and linking her arms with yours

"Do you guys know what we are doing today?" You said putting your bag over your shoulder "well first we are going to the store and buying snacks then we are going to Randy's work to buy the movies and after that we are going to my house" said tatum getting inside her car

"Randy's work? I thought he was fired" you said moving in the back seat "randy always gets fired yet somehow he gets his job back" said Sidney putting on his seatbelt "wait what about Billy and stu? Are they going to be joining us?" You asked looking at Sidney but she nodded her head

"No I don't know what's wrong with him lately he's been acting strange ever since his mom left him he's shutting everyone out besides Stu" said Sidney with a worried expression "that does sound odd but it's billy I expect nothing else from him" you said you always had a feeling Billy never liked you

"Stu has also been acting strange he's been taking calls at night and some days he leaves without telling me where he's going" said tatum but she quickly shakes it off "maybe Billy is going through some depressing state and calls Stu over" said tatum shrugging her shoulders

"But don't you think it's a little bit..." You were about to say something but you stopped yourself you never realized how close Stu and Billy were Sidney did tell you they were friends since they were kids

But you couldn't help but have an uncomfortable feeling about them you couldn't really put your finger on it and "we're here" said tatum getting out of the care "I forgot to ask how is Dewey?" You said watching Sidney get out of the car and putting the seat down so you can also get off from her side

"Oh that idiot he's fine he's busy pretending to be a cop and saving people I'm telling you being a police officer doesn't suit him a janitor maybe" said tatum rolling her eyes making you and Sidney laugh

"But you did say that he told you someone new joined right?" Said Sidney walking by your side "yeah he said that someone named Jed Olsen joined a few days ago and he's really good at his job but it's Dewey were talking about he thinks everyone is good knowing Jed is really shit as his job" said tatum looking around the store

You held back another laugh you grabbing a bag of chips that you liked and a drink you saw Sidney still looking around meanwhile Tatum walked over to you with three bags of chips and threw them in the cart "want some ice cream?" Said Tatum walking over to the frozen section

"Sure I can really go for something cold right now" you said grabbing your favorite ice cream you turned around and jumped when you saw Sidney right behind you "did you guys hear about the three psychopaths going around and killing people?" Said Sidney putting in a uneasy feeling

"What?" You said watching her pulling out her phone and showing you the news it almost made you want to cancel on them and tell them to take you back home but maybe you were overreacting that still didn't change the fact you were a bit annoyed at Sidney for showing you

"Christ sid" said Tatum looking at her phone "I had the same reaction I really don't know how I feel about this" said Sidney putting her phone away "does Dewey know about this?" You asked looking over at Tatum who was busy grabbing more of her favorite ice cream

"I don't think he does or maybe he does he sometimes doesn't tell me anything for my own safety he treats me like a child and thinks I can't protect myself" said Tatum with a sigh you knew how that felt you couldn't help but pity sid though

She lost her mom at a young age and her dad doesn't seem to care much about her and to put the cherry on the top she was an only child the only people she had was you and Tatum and Billy of course but there were times where she told you Billy hasn't given her the support she needs to move on

You remember a few days back she told you she was telling Billy she wasn't over her mom's death and he told her to suck it up and get over it you couldn't believe that her own boyfriend would tell someone as sweet as Sidney that you never understood why she never left him

Not only that but you couldn't help but feel a bit jealous of sid and Tatum they both had boyfriends but even with that they would make you feel better by inviting you out with the four of them but that was so awkward because they would fully make out in front of you

There were times where you thought about bringing randy or asking him out but it was no secret that he didn't feel that way towards you and he had a crush on sid which was completely fine since you also didn't feel any romantic feelings towards him so you weren't hurt by that

However when Tatum mentioned there was a new Police officer that peaked your interest Jed Olsen no doubt he was older than you "what are you thinking about?" Said Sidney looking at you curious were you seriously quiet the entire time they were talking?

"Just about the new police officer" you said feeling a bit embarrassed when Tatum turns to look at you "I didn't know you were into police officers" said Tatum with a small smile but you nodded your head "it's not like that" you said "mhm well we got what we needed let's go get the movies" said Tatum walking over to the cashier to pay
