Prologue

"You.fcking coward" That words from her was like a knife that stabbed in my heart.

I always knew from the very beginning that we will end up this way but I still pursued her. 

Damn. 

I just love her so much that I can be selfish for once just to have her forever in my life.

Pero wala eh.

Dumating pa din ang araw na naduwag ako. Na mas nanaig yung takot kaysa sa pagmamahal ko sa kanya.

Kung bakit ba kasi hindi kami pwedeng maging masaya?

Nang dahil sa magandang boses nya sa pagkanta kaya nahulog agad ako sa kanya pero itong pagkanta rin pala ang dahilan kung bakit pareho kaming mawawasak.

"Kung may choice lang ako, Mikay. Kung may choice lang ako." Hindi ako makatingin sa mga mata nya. 

"You always have a choice, Raph. At mas pinili mong saktan at iwan ako." I saw how she wiped her tears with pain and disgust. Hindi na ako nakaimik.

She's right.

I'm so sorry.

"Balang araw maiintindihan mo din ako." I slowly leaned towards her and before she could even react, I kissed her forehead for the last time. "I love you, Mikay." Those were my last words before I stepped back and left.
