The longing that persists
Some desires I can't leave-
Desires which I cannot leave
Keep me hostage to what could bes,
Caving then I long for it to be
Longing for the venda king
My next of kin, I want him here next to me.
A promise bestowed by the King of Kings,
Holding on as I sink into the character that's fit.
