Once they find a book
Where their enthusiasm dwells
They won't be able to think about Anything else;
Even if they somehow manage
To lay down the book,
Their mind will keep saying
"Just one peek, just one look!"

The blessing of the book worm
Will surely make you numb,
No end is there to their imagination
They possess the power of both,
Destruction and creation.

Their friends are real as well as fictional, Their thinking is dreamy as well as rational.
There are endless possibilities,
There are no impossibilities.

They are strong, they are sensitive,
They are lost, they are attentive.

Now its up to you to decide
Whether the bookworm is blessed or cursed,
Whatever it really is
It cannot be reversed;
Some bookworms rejoice
Some bookworms cry
