ONE SPARK

Prologue

I was just looking at a big mansion with a big gate habang sakay sa isang magarang kotse, it's not a typical mansion you've seen everywhere.

Huminto ang kotseng sakay ako at agad pinagbuksan ng butler bumaba naman ako at agad iginiya papasok sa loob kasunod ang dalawang bodyguard ko.

Sumakay kami sa elevator papuntang 3rd floor at pumasok sa isang malaking kwarto kung saan merong meeting, I forgot that this is the Empire where my older brother joined before he...let's forget about it.

Agad namang natigil ang usapan ng isang lalaking nasa harapan at tumingin sa akin, nagbigay-galang naman ako sa kanya

"Welcome to the Royal Empire, Zena" sabi niya sa akin

"Everyone this is Zena Mint Mendez" pakilala niya sa akin, nagsimula naman ang bulungan ng lahat ng mga taong nandito

"She will be joining the Royalties" sabi ulit niya, umupo naman ako sa bakanteng upuan at tumingin sa iPad na nasa harapan ko

I only joined this organization because of Tita Megan, she wanted me along with Mom and Dad to join me here, I don't know why they're so eager to make me join here?, I hate joining here.

Para matigil ang pangungulit nila sa akin pumayag na ako, but in one condition I don't want to join in any missions, I'm fine helping them with hacking and that's all, no more with that, luckily they agree on it and that's why I'm here.

"Zena will be the IT and per the Queen's request, she will be not joining in any missions that the Royalties will have" anunsyo niya sabay tingin sa akin

"What?"

"That's so unfair!"

Nagrereklamo sila dahil sa narinig pero hindi ko na iyon pinansin pa, they're just overreacting about it.

Napatingin naman ako sa iPad na biglang nag-iba at lumabas ang isang logo, which I already saw outside of this mansion, after that ay agad pumunta sa isang design which is the logo of Royalties and there is the list of the missions they need to be done perfectly.

"Killing Zacharious Fevous de Relia, weird!" mahinang sabi ko

Napa-angat naman ako ng tingin dahil sa biglang tahimik at tumingin sa kanila

"Uhmm, sorry, I find it weird because this person is already dead 3 years ago" explain ko sa kanila, why I know? I heard it from Dad at likas na chismosa ako kaya ayun nalaman ko sa kanya even I don't know that person

"Dead?" gulat na sabi ni Kendra sa akin, tumango naman ako sa kanya

"When? We didn't heard about it" takang tanong ni Ashley

"2 days before my graduation" sabi ko sa kanila, because that's what exactly Dad told me and I find it weird

2 days after that when my graduation came it also the time when my brother died, the news broke me before the ceremony started and I don't find it more important to attend anymore but they urge me because he wouldn't be happy about it.

We didn't celebrate my graduation after, because for what? I can't be happy when my brother is missing from his mission and there is a rumor about him being killed during his mission, which I don't believe at it

My brother didn't die from his mission, he was killed when he is about to go to his base, nahulog ang kotseng sinasakyan niya sa bangin, at first we didn't believe, but when the investigation was casted, it's him.

Yung kotseng gamit niya at pati yung taong nandun ay nagtugma kay Kuya, kahit 3 years na ang nakalipas I can't still forget about it, part of me doesn't want to believe it.
