As Avani entered Jay's bakehouse after more than two weeks of absence, she was greeted by the familiar scent of freshly baked treats. The demands of her exams had kept her away, but now, finally, she had a moment to herself, and the first thing she wanted to do was indulge in her favorite cheesecake.

Jay's gaze was drawn to her figure, clad in a flowing white cotton dress that billowed softly around her. The simplicity of the fabric accentuated her natural beauty, while the delicate embroidery added a touch of elegance to her attire.

Her hair, cascading in loose waves down her back, caught the soft glow of the bakehouse lights, creating an ethereal halo around her. A gentle breeze teased strands of hair across her face, framing her features like a work of art.

As Avani approached the counter, Jay's eyes lit up with warmth as he greeted her "Hey, Avani! It's so good to see you again," he said, his smile widening as he took in her presence. "How did your exams go?"

Avani returned his smile, feeling a sense of comfort wash over her at the familiar sight of the bakehouse. "They went pretty well, thanks for asking," she replied, her voice tinged with relief.

"What's on the menu today?" Her eyes sparkled with anticipation as she peered cutely into the glass display, her cheeks flushed with excitement.

Jay couldn't help but chuckle at her adorable gesture, feeling a warmth spread through his chest at the sight of her. he replied with a grin, gesturing towards the tempting array of treats behind the glass frame. "We've got a fresh batch of blueberry cheesecakenAnd we've also started serving my special coffee blend alongside our desserts. Would you like to try?"

Avani's face lit up with excitement at the mention "That sounds amazing! I'll have a slice of the blueberry cheesecake and a cup of Jay special coffee, please."

"Coming right up!" Jay replied, turning to prepare her order with a sense of pride. He carefully plated a generous slice of creamy blueberry cheesecake, the vibrant purple swirls of blueberry compote glistening enticingly on top. Beside it, he placed a steaming cup of freshly brewed coffee, its rich aroma filling the air with an irresistible fragrance.

As Jay watched Avani's retreating figure, a soft smile lingered on his lips. The warmth of her presence always seemed to brighten his day, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over him at the thought of her being here.

Suddenly, he felt a playful nudge from one of his workmate, "Come on, Jay, when are you going to ask her out?" Gokul teased, his eyes twinkling with mischief.

Jay felt his cheeks flush with embarrassment, but he couldn't suppress the fond chuckle that bubbled up within him. "Oh, shut up" he replied with a sheepish grin, shaking his head in amusement. "It's not like that."

But Jay wasn't about to let him off the hook that easily. "Oh, come on, Jay, I've all seen the way you look at her," he persisted, his teasing smile widening. "You're practically glowing whenever she's around."
