I sat on the floor beside my baby crib, my tears would drop slowly onto his black favorite t-shirt he always wore. His smell was fading I don't want it to go, I didn't want him to go.

Flashback

"Hi im Y/n.." I say to the man sitting there on the mini stage of his.

"Y/n? Wonderful it's nice to meet you, what brings you in?" He ask

I feel his presence being an act towards me. I stand there with my black tote bag coming from work.

"I want you to protect me" I say to him

"Hm, that's interesting why?" He ask me

"I'm tired of seeing curses, I hate the way they stare at me intensely." I say to him

"Why not kill them?" He ask me

"It doesn't stop them from trying to get me because every night I get paralyzed I can't move, I can't kill them ." I say sighing

"I can teach if you want , if you join us." He says finally standing up

"Join what?" I ask

The tall figure of a man starts walking towards me.

"Something that's going to help you." He says looking down at me with a smirk

2 hours later

"Well this where I have been living." I say to the man following behind me

"How can you live with so many monkeys surrounding you?" He says covering his nose

"They're not so annoying as you and how your cult think." I say whispering the last part

"What was that last part?" He ask raising his eyebrow.

"Nothing." I say

I open the door my apartment that I pay on a low income because of the minimum wages I receive. My work gave us a bag to carry our work materials so I place down my tote bag on my side table.

"I was training to be a sorcerer once but that was overseas I quit I was a kid ; because I couldn't handle it and I started hating everything " I said as I took off my shoes

He followed behind me taking off his shoes as well. He hovers behind me as we walk.

"It's miserable, I know. We don't need to protect the weak anymore, them monkeys will be gone." He says

"I know." I say as well

I sat down on my couch that takes up most space of the small living room.

"I can use some curse technique but when I paralyze at night I can't even move a little." I say

He sits down beside me man spreading slightly. He put his hand on his chin, thinking of what I just said.
I cross my legs leaning back on the couch.
