In a grand, beautifully decorated hall, sparkling chandeliers cast a soft light over the crowd. It was a gala evening bringing together influential people and potential partners, offering opportunities for alliances and valuable encounters for the guests. Among them, were Marco, the commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, and Portgas D. Ace, along with their respective families, of course.

Marco, dressed in an impeccable midnight blue suit with golden trim, spotted Ace, who stood out in a fiery-colored suit amidst the crowd. He was surrounded by Luffy and Sabo, laughing and chatting happily. Marco felt his heart beat a little faster at the sight of the young man. He had long harbored feelings for Ace, but he had never dared to express them.

However, encouraged by the enchanting music filling the hall, the not-so-subtle winks from Thatch, as well as the thinly veiled hints from Izo, Marco decided it was time to take a chance. He made his way through the crowd, approaching Ace and his brothers.

"Excuse me, misters." Marco said with a warm smile. "I was wondering if you would allow me to borrow your oldest brother for a dance?"

Luffy and Sabo exchanged knowing looks, then looked at Ace with mischievous smiles.

"Come on, Ace, don't be shy," said Luffy, nudging him gently.

Sabo nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, it'll be fun! Go ahead, Ace."

Ace felt his cheeks flush under the insistent gaze of his brothers and Marco. He didn't really like to dance, and almost everyone knew that. But he couldn't resist their encouragement, nor Marco's invitation.

"I suppose I could make an exception," he said with a playful smile. "But only because it's you, Marco."

Marco barely held back a sigh of relief as he gallantly offered his arm to Ace. Together, they made their way to the dance floor, drawing curious looks from the crowd.

The music shifted into a haunting waltz melody, and Marco took Ace's hand in his, placing it delicately on his shoulder as he encircled his waist with his free arm. Ace suddenly felt nervous, but Marco gave him a reassuring smile that instantly calmed him.

They began to twirl slowly on the dance floor, following the graceful rhythm of the music. Marco led with quiet confidence, guiding Ace through the dance moves with natural ease. Ace felt surprisingly light on his feet, his steps perfectly syncing with Marco's to his own amazement.

As they spun and twirled, Ace felt more and more at ease in his dance partner's arms. He breathed in Marco's subtle scent, feeling their hearts race with each touch. He realized suddenly that he had never been this close to someone before, aside from his brothers, and it filled him with a warmth and happiness he had never known.

Marco, meanwhile, was completely absorbed in Ace's presence. He had often dreamed of this moment, but in his wildest dreams, he never imagined it would come true. He felt as if he were floating on a cloud, carried away by the magic of the dance and Ace's intoxicating presence by his side. This newfound bohemian side surprised even himself.

As they continued to dance, the two young adults gazed deeply into each other's eyes, communicating without words everything they felt. There was admiration, tenderness, but above all, there was love. A love that had grown in secret for years, and now was finally bursting into the open.

The music reached its crescendo, and Marco spun Ace into a final turn, gracefully bringing them to a halt. The crowd around them erupted into applause, admiring the beauty of their dance.

Marco and Ace looked at each other for a moment, their faces inches apart. Then, slowly, Marco tilted his head and pressed his lips to Ace's in a gentle kiss.

It was a perfect moment, a moment where everything seemed to align in the universe. And as Marco and Ace stood there, entwined on the dance floor, they both knew that it was the beginning of a new adventure together, an adventure filled with love, happiness, and promises for the future, and probably also alliances between their two families.

The kiss between Marco and Ace seemed to suspend time, enveloping the two men in a bubble of intimacy amidst the dancing crowd. Their lips pressed softly against each other, expressing everything they had kept hidden for so long. It was a tender and passionate kiss, charged with long-repressed emotions.

When they finally parted, their eyes met again, shining with desire and affection. Marco gently caressed Ace's cheek with his fingertips, feeling his pulse quicken with each touch.

"I love you, Ace," he whispered, his voice filled with sincerity.

Ace felt his heart melt at those words, a radiant smile spreading across his lips. He placed his hand on Marco's, pressing it gently against his cheek.

"I love you too, Marco," he replied, his voice barely more than a whisper. "So much."

They stood there for a moment, lost in each other's gaze, savoring the euphoria of their newly found connection. Then, realizing they were still in the midst of a ceremony, they reluctantly parted, but with radiant smiles.

Returning among the guests, Marco and Ace now felt bound to each other in a deeper way than ever before. They knew that their path would be fraught with challenges, but they were ready to face all obstacles as long as they were together. After all, even the greatest pirates deserved happiness and love.

They continued to dance the night away, losing themselves in the music and in each other's arms, savoring every moment of their budding romance. And as the ball came to an end, Marco and Ace knew that their love was just beginning, and that they had a lifetime of happiness and adventures ahead of them.

After the ball, Ace rejoined Luffy and Sabo, who greeted him with beaming smiles.

"Well, Ace, you look radiant!" exclaimed Sabo, noticing the blissful expression on his brother's face.

Ace smiled shyly, preparing to share his news with them. "Well, you won't believe it, but..."

Before he could finish his sentence, Luffy interrupted with his usual impulsiveness. "Ace has a boyfriend! Ace has a boyfriend!" he shouted, bouncing with joy around them.

Ace felt his cheeks burn with embarrassment as Sabo burst into laughter. "Really? Who's the lucky guy, Ace?" He asked for formality, though he already knew his older brother was talking about a certain Whitebeard commander.

With a tender smile, Ace pointed his thumb in Marco's direction, who stood a little further away with his crew. As Luffy and Sabo followed his gaze, their eyes widened in mock surprise.

"Marco?!" they exclaimed in unison.

Ace nodded, a radiant smile on his face. "Yes, it's Marco. I danced with him, and... things just... worked out."

Luffy continued to bounce with joy, while Sabo enveloped Ace in a fraternal hug. "That's amazing, Ace! We're so happy for you!"

Meanwhile, Marco and his crew watched the scene with amusement. Whitebeard, Izo, and Thatch exchanged knowing glances, having long known Marco's feelings for Ace.

"I'm glad Marco has finally found someone," Whitebeard said with a warm smile.

Izo nodded. "Yes, they look so happy together."

Thatch added with a wink, "I think we'll have to throw a party to celebrate this new romance, and then there will be the wedding! The baby shower and..."

He was cut off in his excitement by a furious and embarrassed Marco. "Hey, don't go too fast, yoi!"

Meanwhile, Luffy continued to hop around Ace, shouting to anyone who would listen that his brother finally had a boyfriend. Ace blushed even more, but he couldn't help but smile at Luffy's contagious enthusiasm.

In the arms of his brothers and surrounded by the love of his family, Ace knew he had made the right choice in following his heart. And with Marco by his side, just like Marco, he knew the future would be filled with happiness and adventures.
