Chapter 123

“Spit, spit, spit...” taehyung kept walking in circles around him.

His expression was confused. “I remember that jungkook's special training for you was quite light.”

He thought back about it. “A few days ago, I passed by your boss’s study room at Jeon Villa and overheard his phone conversation. He said he was sending you to go swimming on the first day, to sleep in a cave on the second day, and to harvest honey on the third. There’s no way you could have ended up like this with that level of punishment, right?”

Hoseok had no tears left to cry. “Boss is a cultured and well-educated man. That was just an example of how he speaks in a graceful manner. In fact, the past three days went by like this. On the first day, I did go swimming but there was a fully grown shark swimming in the pool with me. It wasn’t big enough to swallow me whole but it kept pursuing after me and almost bit my limbs off. This is also my fault for not being strong enough to defeat a shark. When I was sent to harvest honey, I realised that a strange drug had been poured into the honeycombs. The instant I reached in to collect the honey, more than ten thousand bees rushed towards me and stung me till I became this swollen. It was also my fault for not knowing how to adapt. I wasn’t able to avoid all those bees.”

With despair in his voice, he continued recounting his experience. “The cave I had been sent to sleep in was also the home to more than ten thousand snakes. Every inch of the cave was filled with snakes. Although they weren’t venomous, there were far too many of them. I wouldn’t be afraid if there were only a few, but they all came rushing towards my body. Each time I shook one off, a few more would cling onto me...”

Taehyung was dumbstruck. “Fuck! That’s even worse than dying!”

hoseok agreed with this strongly. “It would be better if I had simply been shot to death. It wasn’t easy for me to return today... I was supposed to undergo three days of training. It’s only been two and a half days. I still had half a day left.”

He understood. “Earlier, I asked jungkook to call you here. It turns out that I accidentally did you a favour.”

“hoseok has no way of repaying master for saving my life...” He was now willing to even repay him with his own body.

“Which means that after you’re done helping me, you’ll still have to return to your training.” he sighed.

As expected, the training that jungkook had personally arranged would be inhumanly cruel.

“master, you might not know this but I’m deathly afraid of those big bees.” hoseok gestured at himself as he shared his woes. “Look, look, those tens of thousands of bees left me utterly heartbroken. They transformed a living, handsome man into this fat pig. And those snakes. Just the sight of them makes my scalp prickle. I suppose only that shark in the pool can somewhat be considered cute. Won’t you ask Boss for mercy on my behalf? Can he please forget about the remaining punishment?”

Taehyung originally hated hoseok for his dirty mouth. However, seeing his pitiful sight and hearing the way he addressed him as ‘master’, he could not help but feel a rare hint of sympathy for him. “This will depend on your performance.”

“Yes, I will definitely perform well.” hoseok immediately nodded.

“Strip then.” taehyung carelessly responded.

Hoseok hesitated for a moment... but still took off his own coat.

Taehyung glared at him. “Who asked you to take off your own clothes?”
