Chapter 155

Jimin normally appeared unassuming because he tended to dress conservatively. His thick-framed, black glasses also concealed half of his face.

He knew very well that if jimin dressed up well and removed his glasses, he would definitely be a stunning beauty!

He most enjoyed digging out this sort of hidden gems and discovering their beauty. It gave him a great sense of accomplishment.

He had been nearly successful with this one and refused to allow this opportunity to slip away from his hands.

The three of them visited a nearby hospital. After examining him, the doctor frowned. “Mr. Park, unless you’ve been struggling with insomnia for a long period of time, it isn’t appropriate for you to take sleeping pills. There are harmful side effects to your health. From what I can tell, you are very healthy and have no need for these. Please cherish your body while you are young.”

Jimin immediately turned pale. He had really consumed sleeping pills while he was unaware!

Taehyung supported the silent jimin out of the hospital.

As they walked along the streets, hoshi rushed to catch up with them.

He tugged on jimin's arm. “minnie, listen to me. Even if you’ve consumed sleeping pills, it doesn’t mean that it’s related to me...”

jimin pushed his hand aside and glared at him. “I called my helper, Auntie . She said she had wanted to send me to the hospital when she saw that I was feeling unwell, but you lied to her that you had already taken me to a doctor. You even sent her to a hospital that was two hours away to buy medicine. You say, when did you take me to a doctor? What did you plan on doing to me when there was no one else at home?”

Hoshi had already planned out his explanation.

He put on a heartbroken expression. “minnie, listen to me. The only reason I sent Auntie  away was because I wanted to take good care of you myself. I swear, I would never do anything to you while you’re asleep. Ever since taehyung spoke poorly of me yesterday, I can clearly tell that your attitude towards me has changed.”

Taehyung sneered from the side. “In that case, it seems like I’m in the wrong for pointing out your mistakes?”

Hoshi paid no attention to taehyung,  whose face appeared to be covered in something.

He rushed to say to jimin. “I swear, I only wanted to spend some time alone with you in those two hours.”

“chim, do you believe in his vow?” taehyung asked him.

Jimin shook his head. “I don’t. If it were me, I would never feed the person, whom I love the most, any medicine that would harm them while they were unaware.”

“How harmful can sleeping pills be?” hoshi was a little frustrated.

Jimin stared at him with wide eyes. “So you’re admitting that you were the person who fed me the sleeping pills!”

hoshi was fearless. “I already said it wasn’t me. You’re blaming me just because I wasn’t by your side at the time?”

He then glared harshly at taehyung. “What about him? He was there when you woke up. There were only the three of us in that home. Couldn’t it have been taehyung?”

“There’s no reason for him to do such a thing!” jimin raised his voice.

“There is!” hoshi responded in anger. “he wants to tear us apart and is willing to use whatever means he has to wrong me! That’s his reason!”

Taehyung could not help but admire hoshi. “Interesting, really interesting. How did I become the bad person here?”

Hoshi glanced at taehyung and asked weakly. “Mr. Kim, I’ve never ever offended you. Why do you insist on breaking up jimin and I? Don’t you know? We are both compatible in terms of family background, education, talent, and many other areas. It could be said that we’re a match made in heaven.”
