Chapter-1: Keep Him safe

Bloodmoon had his clothes on and was ready to leave. But he couldn't help but stare at them..

Their soft breathing, the way their hair on their face. The bruises and bites that littered their skin.

He was so lucky.. he wanted to just cuddle them until the sun came up. But he knew he couldn't stay.. Eclipse would be up his ass wondering where he was. So he would just have to dream of the perfect life with them.

Waking up in the same bed as them. Then going down stairs to wake up Lunar so he could go to school. Bloodmoon couldn't help but laugh at the thought of Lunar complaining and trying to hide under his blankets.

He would be drinking his coffee as his ladybug made breakfast and Lunar watched the TV.

Him picking Lunar up from school and going to the backyard to play with their bog.

That is what he wanted. That was his perfect life with them.

Bloodmoon let out a soft sigh. He could only dream.. he gave his ladybug a kiss on the head before leaving. He was still in a bit of pain, but after the fun he just had he come barely feel it now.

He got back to the hide out in one piece and went to Lunar's room. He had a present that he wanted to give him. A little reindeer plush with a red noise and a red and green ribbon around his neck. He saw it and thought Lunar would like it.

Bloodmoon gently knocked on Lunar's door before walking in. "Lunar I got you-" He stop mid sentence when no one was in there. He looked around noticing his coat and shoes where still there. "Lunar?"

Eclipse's office door swung open. Eclipse was at his desk drinking as usual. He slowly looked up at Bloodmoon who was now patched up and pissed off.

Eclipse put his drink down. "I see you're little play thing fixed you up."

"Don't call them that." Bloodmoon said with venom in their voice. Eclipse just stared blankly at him. "Where's Lunar?"

Eclipse finally put on a cruel smile and stood up from his seat. "Well, since you decided to go play around with that thing you call your partner-"

"Call them one more thing and I'll rip that tongue out."

Eclipse just chuckled. "Your ladybug.. I decided to give you a harsh awakening." He pulled something out of his vest pocket and tossed it to Bloodmoon who caught it without an issue. Looking down at it was a necklace. But not just any necklace.. it had a crescent moon and star on it. The same necklace Lunar had. It had some blood on it, and it was fresh.

Bloodmoon slowly looked back up at Eclipse who had a giant grin on his face. "He's still alive. But I'm afraid he's not coming back anytime soon."

Eclipse didn't have enough time to process Bloodmoon's face. He was pushed against a wall with Bloodmoon's hand firmly wrapped around his neck. Eclipses hamds gripped Bloodmoon's wrist. He let out a dry laugh, "I see someone's salty." But that only made the hand tighten.

"We made a deal! You said you wouldn't hurt him as long as I followed every order you give!" Bloodmoon yelled as he choked Eclipse.

Eclipse laughed again. Well, the closes thing to a laugh. "Incorrect. I said I wouldn't kill him. Hurting him was still on the table, Harvest."

"Don't."

"What? Don't want to think about that night when I-"

"I SAID, SHUT UP!" Bloodmoon's grip tightened. "You don't deserve to speak his name!"

Eclipse's nails slightly dug into Bloodmoons arm as he slowly lost his breath. "I- If you kill me, your little play thing as well as Lunar will both d- die." That made Bloodmoon pause and loosened his grip making Eclipse laugh. "I knew that would get your attention. I ordered my men to your slut house, and if you killed me, they'd kill them."

Bloodmoon hesitantly let go. Eclipse fell to the ground catching his breath. "I'll stop all connect with them. Just don't hurt them." Bloodmoon said quietly.

Eclipse stood up and fixed his clothes. "Deal. Your dismissed."

Bloodmoon left closing the door behind him. Two of Eclipse's goons were there. "What are you two looking at?"

They flinched. "N- Nothing!"

Bloodmoon just walked past them. "If you don't mind me asking," One of the goons says making Bloodmoon stop. "Why do you care so much about Lunar?" Bloodmoon sent a glare at him. "I- I mean, it's not like he's your brother or anything.."

Bloodmoon's face twisted into a sour expression and looked at the floor. "Your right. But he's a kid with a good heart, he deserves happiness. He might be tough as rock, but it's only a matter of time before they break." Just like that he walks away leaving them confused.
