Tessa was the camp mom. Everyone loved her. She took care of everyone around, trying to help in whichever way she could. It didn't matter that it might be destroying her.
Giving so much and taking nothing back. It was just who she was. That's why when she was asked to go on a dangerous solo quest when she was fourteen, Tessa didn't even hesitate. She went on her mission and was determined to help everyone.
The quest went well. In the sense that Tessa had survived it, it had gone great. In the sense that Tessa had come back with a three week memory gap in her head, it hadn't gone that great. Everything from that quest was gone. Tessa remembered nothing and finding out that it was divine amnesia instead of just plain old amnesia convinced her that she would never remember anything.
That is until her friend Annabeth crashes the Sun Chariot into the lake and a certain amnesiac blond climbs out of the lake.

I am a huge Travis Stoll and Katie Gardner shipper (TRATIE FOREVER) and that ship is how I came up with my beautiful Tessa. Her and Katie are twins and since we don't have much background on the latter, I allowed myself to give her some background to fit the story.
I have also played around with the ages. Tessa and Jason are 17. Piper, Nico and Leo are 15. Percy, Frank and Annabeth are 16. Hazel is 14 and yeah, I think that's all the important people.
Tessa and Jason are so sweet. I hope you will all enjoy it.
