Dylan is a 14 year old girl who is spoiled by her foster mom and gets to go to magcon. She is very shy and has trust issues. Shes also depressed and has ADHD so she does self harm.

She lives in LA, California and was taken in by her foster mom when she was 12. She has a 17 year old brother named Luke. She also does all of her schooling online.
