Hi all!
I'm an author returning from a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long break of sporadic updating and inactivity. I like to think I was on vacation or something. Or maybe this is me returning from retirement. I've recently wanted to get back into writing, so I have been pondering what to write about.
Since I saw the movie Twisters, I have been mildly obsessed with it... okay! A lot obsessed. It seems like everyone agrees. I've seen endless amounts of support for the movie, and funny reels/tiktoks about Tyler Owens/Glen Powell in particular. I thought it would be cool to write a story for his character, because I haven't seen many.
I have the majority of this fic planned out, with about half the chapters poorly written out to get the main idea across. I was considering waiting until I have it all complete to post, but I would prefer to see how much interaction I get before doing so. Something I also like doing as an author is allowing my readers (you, yeah you) to give suggestions if you desire. I want this to be a good experience for you. If there is anything you think would be fitting, let me know, and I'll see what I can do.
Warning- this fic will include mature themes that are present in the Twisters movie, as well as some others (injury, death, swearing). Anything of particular implitude/more triggering content, I will include before each chapter as a warning.
Also, I do not own Twisters or its characters. I just feel the need to state this here. You guys already know that, though.
