002 - Strangerthings Fanfiction (Mike x OC)

Chapter one: The vanishing of Will Byers

02 ran though the forest not bothering to look back, the tree branches scratched her arms and legs as she adventured further into the woods but she didn't want to stop running. if she stop that would make her a easier target for the guards to find her and bring her back to the lab. And she did NOT want that

"Hey Kid! KID" 02 could hear the guard's voice's behind her as she pushed through the woods sweat dripping down her forehead her eyelids heavy from  exhausted     when she finally couldn't hear the footsteps and voice's from the guards she slowed down and looked behind her into the pitch dark woods to double check that they were not behind her, she had finally done it. after four years of planning her escape, she had finally did it. And she had no regrets. she then heard a twig snap in the distance without hesitation she pulled out a gun from her pocket (that she had found after she knocked one of the guards unconsciousness ) and pointed it at the direction of the sound 

"Who's there?" She spoke her voice ringing through the woods. Even though 02 only knew a couple of woods in her vocabulary she could speak fairly well, but rarely spoke unless spoken to. Another snap, she turned around again trying to find the source of the sound her heat beating rapidly, she knew she had lost the guards but maybe they came up with a new plan? All of a sudden she felt a bright light on her face, 02 covered her face trying to shield the light, she then noticed three boys. One with curly puffy brown hair and gaped teeth and another boy with darker skin and brown eyes, the person  who held onto a bicycle had brown hair the group of boys looked all around the age of twelve years old. 02 took a step back, she had never met anyone outside the lab and never been outside of the lab all her life. she couldn't know if she could trust the group or not. or anyone.
