A/N so, I wrote this poem for a friend's birthday. It's not great, but I wrote most of it at 3 o clock in the morning during a bout of insomnia. I really hope she likes it. It took me long enough. Mwynhewch. Yes, I'm half Welsh. Don't judge.
We have some similar interests,
Like Breaking Benjamin and Les Mis,
We both really like animals,
In fact, you have two guinea pigs.
We talk and gossip for endless hours,
About school and music and things,
And you really have a fantastic voice,
Even though you're too embarrassed to sing.
You always listen to what I'm saying,
Even when it's something trivial,
You're really good at drawing and painting,
And, really, most things visual.
Even when you doubt yourself,
When you think things just aren't worthwhile,
I'll always be there to cheer you up,
Because I love to see you smile.
So I decided to write you a poem,
Which I hope you'll think is tasteful,
And it took me forever to find decent rhymes,
So, Q, you'd better be grateful.
