The moon base was built long ago, before anyone currently alive on the earth was born. The builders made it to resemble the warm, vaporous swamps they were spawned in on their home planet. The builders brought with them the most Advanced, Nonorganic Artificial intelligence ever created to do what ordinary minds couldn't, look into the future. Their job was simple; guide the remedial life on this planet toward a peaceful path so that they would never become a threat to anyone.
What happened, no one knows for sure. Some believe the artificial intelligence saw a future not to its liking and took steps to change it, others blamed faulty programming. Either way, the result was the same. They lost control...
The base has been remade for its new inhabitants. They can only guess what future the one they call 'Ana' sees for them.
