When Percy died and went to Elysium he decided to write about all his adventures he had starting from when he found out he was a demigod. He had asked Hades to send it to Olympus so the gods and other demigods could read it for a memory after all the gods and demigods had read it the seven mainly Annabeth decided to publish it in two book series (Percy Jackson and the Olympians & Heroes of Olympus) in honor of Percy.
