Fina Tuazon is a plain college student whose only dream is to become a nurse and to live with her mother in Singapore. Her school life is going smoothly, pero nagbago ang lahat nang makilala niya si Jett Galvez. The two instantly fell for each other. Ang kaso, Jett wanted this so-called "setup" kung saan hindi nila dapat ipaalam sa iba ang tungkol sa kanilang relasyon. Can Fina stay in this kind of secret love?
