I travel through the forest with hope of finding food and shelter. My home had just burned down and now I have nobody to take care of me. Grandma.... she's.... gone. A tear rolls down my face and falls onto broken cement. I look up and realize I have found an old abandoned cottage.

I am a cat human hybrid. (currently in cat form.)

time skip 2 weeks

I lay asleep on an old mattress as the sun rises. Suddenly, the sound of a car engine wakes me up. I sit straight up, not thinking who it could be I run toward the door and wait for it to be opened. My tummy growls.... I have not eaten in almost a week.

Finally, the door knob starts to wiggle and my excitement grows.

Aimee: oh please have food!!! PLEASE HAVE FOOD!

The door opens and a boy with dark hair walks in. He wears black sweats, a white t-shirt and a grey backpack.

The boy: "huh?" the boy says as he spots me in the corner.

Aimee: "MEOW!!!!!" Without thinking I run toward him and jump into his arms.

Boy: "wahhhhh ahhh!" he falls backwards into the wall.
