The rusty old pickup truck hit a bump, making my brothers and sisters whine in frustration.

"Sang!" They cried.

"Hey, I'm not the one who's driving," I said, pointing to Caddie, our caretaker and police officer parent.

Caddie smirked. "That's what you get for damaging your own stuff."

"Hey!" I snapped. "I love my baby."

"Well your baby is in the shop, being fixed up, because of your stupidity." Caddie's voice was dripping with sarcasm.

I rolled my eyes and grabbed my bag, hopping out.

"Bye Caddie."

"Don't get into trouble! I'm not afraid to arrest you!" Caddie called after us.

I waved and walked off, stopping in front of the principal.

Principal Dorlock narrowed his eyes. "Welcome back, delinquent."

"Come on, it was one time."

"Did you set up an explosion in front of my garage of antique cars?" He fumed.

"Yeah," I said. "You made our lives hell by sleeping with our parent."

Rosalie nodded. "Exactly. You deserved what we served to you."

"On a silver platter," Izmarie finished for her sister.

"Get to class," he hissed.

We shrugged and ran off to our first class of the day.
