I'm pretty sure when he refers to "pleasure" he means more than just sex. It's not just sexual pleasure. You can get a sense of pleasure from being with someone you love, kissing them, hold their hand. Sex obviously still applies here don't get me wrong, but there's no way Mavis had sex but she did get pleasure from kissing someone who she was in love with.

Rogue, Minerva, Sorano, Laxus, Zeref, etc. were all effected when it wasn't clear that they hadn't had any romantic relationships with other characters.
I guess we'll just have to wait for it to be cleared up in future chapters or just wait for the fanfics to roll in😌👌
Personally, since Zeref has been alive for so long and permanently stuck in a young-adult state, I think it's definitely possible that he's had sex before. I mean, if you lived for over 400 years just, living everyday with no end, you'd probably snap and do things you weren't proud of.
He'll forever be my precious smol bean though ;3;
As for Rogue, I'm not sure if boob grabs count but he did touch Yukino's boob once but I'm not sure if that counts in this situation 🤔

Sooo..
I'm not 100% sure if he's a legitimate, blood relative or he was made in a lab like the rest of the demons, including Natsu. But he announced that Natsu was his "final project" so does that mean that Rahkeid was made before Natsu? Or his he really his son? O.o
It's obviously not with Mavis since she died after their first kiss, let alone sex, pregnancy and death. As much as I love Zervis, and that's a lot fyi, I just don't see it being possible.
If he's Zeref's real son, which I personally hope he is cause that would be an interesting twist. We just need to find out who is mother is 🤔
