Chapter 12~Can't take it

~Your P.O.V~
I had just run from the master's study,hoping that he would not tell the others,

I know this sounds wrong...but I couldn't bring myself to hate Cornelia...it may sound weird and stupid,but I knew that she obviously felt extreme love towards Finny,

So I guess for now I'll just have to really,really,really,ReAlLy,reALLY,REALLY dislike her,

My arms stung and I made my way to the kitchen,I planned to grab something to eat and then leave,get all my chores done,and go to sleep early to not get in Cornelia's way,

But beggars like myself aren't allowed to be choosers,

I crashed into a frail figure on my way towards the kitchen,they fell as I managed to keep my balance,it appears I had hurt them,

"Oh my!" I exclaimed,"I'm very sorry!" I held at a hand to help them up but they flicked it away,"I'm sure you will
be,I'll meet you tonight,(Name)~" My blood froze,

Cornelia,I had just pushed Cornelia over,

I began freak if out internally as I heard her skip down the hallway,I bent down and covered my head with my hands,tears of shock and terror streamed from my (Eye Colour) orbs,

I felt a gentle hand on my shoulder,"(Name)-" I cut the voice off,"Don't touch me!" I found it best that I didn't get too close to anyone,and the person I just pushed away...the only one I could trust,

Finny,

I backed myself against a wall,cornering myself,"Don't come near,please don't come near..." I pleaded quietly,Finny seemed to have gotten the message as he quickly ran through the hallways,

I knew he was going to tell the others,it was a fact and something that I couldn't stop and was just going to have to deal with,

~Time-Skip~

Night was approaching fast,and so was Cornelia's time for torturing me,I decided there was only one way I could escape this,

I need to run away,

I quickly packed all of my essentials,fresh water,food,clean clothes,anything that could help me survive without putting on access weight,

I didn't need to be slowed down,

It was beginning to grow dark and I knew Cornelia would be in for me soon,plain and simple,

I quietly left a note for the others telling them that I had run away stating no reason,they would obviously worry but that won't last long anyway,I'll have nothing to lose sleep over,

I stealthily left the mansion through an almost un-used side door,I began power-walking away from the mansion,

"Where are you going?" An innocent voice came from in front of me,"Finny?" An incoherent 'Mhm,' could be heard,

I'm not sure how he got in front of me,but I didn't matter,I needed to get past him,"I'll ask again,where are you going?"

His voice was no longer cheerful and bubbly,but serious and strict,"I need to leave," I could get his voice crack,"W-Why?"

Before I could answer a voice could be heard from behind me,"It seems she's running away from me~"

Terror shook through my body,I began trembling,my blood ran cold,my face pale,

"But she doesn't know that there's no escape...not from me anyway," I could hear her footsteps approaching me,

And I ran,I ran into arms I wasn't allowed run into,strong arms that could easily protect from any threat,arms that I was cut off from,

But not for much longer,

"Oh,but Finny,I am far better then her,better figure," she slid her hands down her slim waist,"Better hair," she toyed with her silkyhair,"Better clothes," she did a twirl,"And better...fighting skills,"

Suddenly she found a knife buried in her clothing,she shot towards me,wrapped up in Finny's arms I held onto him for dear life,

Suddenly,a clash of metal was heard,I turned to see Sebastian with....forks and dinner knives?

"I am very sorry,miss,but I can't allow you to kill one of your fellow servants,"

The battle went on for a while until I heard the master's bored voice,"Sebastian,enough already,I order you to kill her already,"

And then she was dead,and all of my problems went to the grave with her,

I sat still in Finny's arms,contemplating what I had seen,I was oblivious to Sebastian and the
young master walking away,

My eyes spilled with fresh tears,I had just seen death,someone had just dirtied their own hands in front of me,

And then it hit me...that's what I signed up for in this household,

My crying intensified as Finny soothed me,he stared at my crying figure,his eyes half-lidded,filled with his gentle yet firm touch,

"(Name)," he whispered into my ear,I whimpered in response,"It's going to be alright...shhh...I'll protect you,you know why?" I shook my head,

"It's because I love you (Name),"

My eyes widened,my body filled with shock,I looked at him,"I love you too,"

He cupped my cheek,"My little (Name)~"

He began leaning in,our eyes shut,our lips locking in peaceful bliss,
