He cheated So now what? How am I suppose to move on from this? He was my first love and he took me for granted. I loved him, but I guess he didn't love me the way I loved him. My heart is broken. What am I going to do now? Will I ever get over this? Is there someone else for me? Lord give me the serenity to change what I can, give me the strenght to accept what i cannot change, give me the power to overcome this heartbreak. He claims he loves me but I don't believe he does. He may have at one point in time but not anymore.
I was walking down the hall of Middle School. I was in the 6th grade at the time. As I was walking down the hall I see the boy I've had a crush since school started. When we get a little closer to each other, we bump into each other and my papers scatter all over the hallway. "I'm so sorry. I'm so clumsy." I sid. "No its my bad. I should have seen you coming. I mean a beautiful girl like yourself should be noticed. I'm Chris by the way." "I'm Nicki. Nice to meet you." "Nice to meet you too. So I was thinking that maybe we can hang out sometime." "Okay. Sure." "Can I have your number?" "Sure. It's 555-225-1557." Thank you. I'll be sure to give you a call later on today. Let me help you up." "Thank you." "You're so welcome beautiful. Hey meet outside the 8th grade hallway after shool ok?" "Okay sure. See you later." " See you." I head back to my class and continue to do my wotk. After class I walked to the bathroom. When i got to the bathroom, I seen Chris walking with some of his friends. So i walked over to him. "Hey Chris." "Hey Nicki. Hey guys this is the girl I was talking about. Isn't she beautiful?" "Hell yea." said one of chris' friends. "Thank you. So what class are you going to Chris?" I asked. " I'm about to go to history. What about you?" "I have english. Ill see you this afternoon, don't wanna be late to class." "Aww look she's a good girl. I'm going to walk her to class guys, I'll see yall later." "Ight." said his home boy. He walked me to my history class and said "Alright, I'll see you at lunch." "Okay." He gave me a hug and went to class. At lunch he saw me and said " Hey Nicki, come sit with us." I walked over to his table. "Hey guys, this is Nicki. Nicki this is April, Shawn, Kevin, and Lisa." "Hey Nicki. Nice to meet you. This boy hasn't stopped talking about you since he met you this morning. I think he likes you." "Maybe I do, maybe i don't. Yall never know." "So what is it I wanna know." I said. " I guess I can admit it now. I like you Nicki. There I said it okay now get off my back." "Come here Chris." He comes to me, I give him a hug and then as soon as you know he kisses me. "Whoa whoa whoa. Why did you just kiss me?" "Because I like you. What you didn't want me to?" "I did but it was all of a sudden." "Ok. So do you want to go out with me?" "Yes." We started dting that day. We were a good couple up until June 3, 2008. So I was walking to school and I see Chris walking with this girl. I thought she was just a friend until i seen him kiss her. I was devistated. So i walked up to him. "So your cheating on me with this girl. How could you? I gave you the best year of you life and this is how you repay me. You said you loved me, was that all a game?" " I'm sorry but You're boring. We dont do nothing. I'm sorry, its over." After that I decided that I would make sure that I get to know someone before i decide to date them. I learned my lesson huh?
