Dreams exist, there in your mind. But some are so powerful that they can get out. Those dreams are very dangerous. The first dream to get out was the worst. It made half of Tokyo sink. It killed thousands, but not all dreams are dangerous. Some are good, but they're rare.
But there was a container made to hold these dreams. Along with the container there was a organization made to catch them. The people who work there are special. They have received a special ability to catch the dreams that get out. Normal humans can't go near these dreams. If they do they could die, because the dreams energy is to massive for them to operate when there near it.
So it's up to the special ones to protect the them. The special ones have a name. They're called dreamcatchers.
