The tide rises and then it falls.
I am one with the moon as she waxes and wanes.
Emotions are such that they come, and they consume. But if we are mindful, we notice, they also go.
Life is fleeting.
Everything can feel extremely intense when we are watching and living and barely breathing.
But the moment we step back and bring ourselves present, time will stop.Emotions come and then they fade like the daily sun setting.
Much is to be learned in the lesson of detachment, which we are blessed with each day, in the promised rising of our daily sun, and in the powerful setting of every moon, which gives way to the very sun who brings hope to be better than we were yesterday.
