Three days of peace and music,

Groovy beats, pounding hearts,

In the year of 1969.

Tie-dye and beads flood the psychedelic scene,

500,000 came to spread the love at this,

Three days of peace and music.

Jimi Hendrix, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and The Who,

Made their mark on the world,

In the year of 1969.

These rockers and hippies made history,

Along the watch tower at this,

Three days of peace and music.

We don't need to ask who, who are you,

Since these bands have seen the rain coming down on a sunny day,

Three days of peace and music.

In a sad time,

Woodstock became,

Three days of peace and music,

In the year of 1969.
