Lorraine locked herself in her room when Ed and she came home after Father do exorcism in Maurice. Lorraine said nothing on the way home and when she came home, she locked herself in her room. She will not leave, no matter what Ed says, or knock on the door at three in the morning to try to make her leave the room. Ed now can only sit outside and wait for the Lorraine exit the room.
Ed fe dinner for Judy and got help from Georgiana, who is the mother of Lorraine. Lorraine did not. Ed still leaves food on the bedroom door with the hope that Lorraine open and eat something, but she did not come out to catch. It is difficult to see Ed Lorraine that way, he does not understand why lock himself in the room, but all he can do now is to back it up and wait.
Eight days had passed since the time when Lorraine locked himself in his room. Eight days without food, water, without speaking to anyone, did not leave for eight days. He was constantly sitting behind door worried about his wife, and his thinking, in his view, he could not leave her alone. Not now, not before that situation.
One day Lorraine finally came out of his room around eleven o'clock. Ed was in the living room crying and when he heard a door open and he wiped his tears and said, "Judy has passed bedtime" and turned. Lorraine appeared in the doorway. She perished malnourished, dehydrated, but she was still his beautiful wife he loves, no matter what.
He ran to her and picked her up and spun her around him. He kissed her cheek repeatedly. She wrapped her arms around his neck and clung to him. Ed felt to bury his head in her neck and sighed.
"I'm glad to have you again," he whispered in her ear and pressed a kiss on her lips.
"I'm happy to be back," she said hoarsely. He put her down and took her hand, then took her to the kitchen. Ed sat on a kitchen chair and said, "let me cook something for you to eat and get something to drink," he told her as he walked to the stove. "Judy has been to bed and fell asleep finally fell asleep fast. She asked if tomorrow you would leave the room because she wanted to her to give her a kiss. A kiss goodnight"
"How is Judy?" Lorraine asked to change the subject. Ed could see that Lorraine was still weak and he was worried about her health, but there was nothing he could do to not be feeding it.
"Great, but sometimes she has some nightmares, but Georgiana is sleeping with her and sometimes I'll see if she's okay," he said as he served him the meal. With a large orange juice. He sat beside her and let her eat. She was eating slowly. She did not look hungry, but Ed thought it is better not ouxar for her.
After Lorraine finish the meal, he washed the plate and put it in place. And when he turned Lorraine was dozing on the table. He sighed softly and smiled at her, he was happy to have his wife back. It was not exactly the same, but he will love her no matter what. Ed picked her up and carried her up to the room. He put the Lorraine on the bed and covered her, Ed wore his pajama pants and pulled on his white shirt. He lay on the bed and pulled her to him. He ran his fingers over his hair, and he could see the images of the night the exorcism gone wrong. He could hear her scream as he began to doze. His eyes opened, and watched the sleep of Lorraine. She was sleeping so well.
The next morning, Ed woke, Lorraine was still asleep. She shuddered and he covered her with the blankets of her bed. Ed kissed her forehead, and also the face and then got up and went to take a shower then dressed. He slowly made his way to the kitchen and prepared the breakfast for Judy with the help of Georgiana. Judy woke up minutes later and went to the kitchen and started eating cereal with milk.
"Dad, is that the mother already left?" Judy asked with a little look of hope in his eyes.
"Yes Honey, she already left." He said and kissed his head and smiled at her. "I left soon after you went to bed, but we have to let her sleep a little longer today, this well"
"Okay, Dad." She said with a smile and rises. "We can make a breakfast for Mom?"
"Yes we can, like pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon?". He asks with a smile and picked her to sit her on the counter. Judy laughed and watched as he picked up the ingredients and both started playing while they were cooking.
"Be careful up there" heard someone say. They turned to see, and Lorraine was standing at the kitchen door. She was still in her sleeping gown and his slippers.
Lorraine looked more refreshed today, a little better than yesterday. She entered the kitchen and sat down at the table and smiled at Judy. Ed served him a cup of tea and handed him. "here it is". He said handing her the glass and then kissed her lips. "I hope you slept well."
"I slept well," she said and held out his arms to Judy. Ed took it off the balcony to her go to the Lorraine. He put her down and she ran to Lorraine.
"I had so many miss you, Mom," Judy said, holding up the Lorraine hard. She sat in the lap of her mother Lorraine and hugged her and kissed her.
"I missed you too," she said, smiling at Judy. "I hope you slept well"
"Yes, I slept mother, grandma slept with me," she said with her smile on her face. "No nightmares."
"I'm glad you have no, honey." She smiled at her daughter. And Ed thought about what it would be without them throughout your life.
After breakfast Lorraine was take a nap. Judy was taking a siesta with her too.
The eight-day Lorraine was in his room, Ed did not know if she would be fine. He did not know if she would be able to leave your room. He was not sure if she would leave him, but she came out. He would never ask her to talk about what he saw. If she wants to talk, talk and when that day comes they will cross that bridge when we get there. On the contrary, he would not ask anything. For all that the lorraine see, feel, touch, helps people, but wears it, each time a little more.
