Trapped inside this nebula
As dark as dark can be
And vast just like the universe
And deeper than the sea
You can't get out
There's no escape
Inside this world
That's full of hate
You're trapped inside
Won't let you out
Won't let you be
Your perfect self
The thoughts get worse
They take control
They take their toll
And steal your soul
Won't keep you whole
Leaves no extol
Just one black hole
Inside your head
Don't let it take you piece by piece
Don't let it steal your life
There's just one way to stop these thoughts
Before they become rife
