Dear Little Boy,
What the man you will become.
Everyone knows you've achieved so much,
How I achieved so little.
Oh, little boy,
How you're such a man now!
I'm sure you feel so big, and important, when you push my self esteem down.
Poor little boy,
You're crying now.
The truth of the damage you've done leaves you empty inside,
I'm not sorry, you hurt me, and made me hide.
Poor little boy, now you're all alone.
No one loves you, how could they with your heart made of stone?
I loved you, little boy.
I loved you, man.
I had stayed as long as it brought you joy.
I was your scapegoat little boy.
I was your punching bag, man.
Now you do whatever you can, to find joy in life.
Even if that meant stealing mine.
Isn't that right, little boy?
