Hazel Grace wasn't your normal teenage potato, she lived a lonely life. She didn't have a lot of friends, her best friends being her parents.

The only thing she'd ever do was lay in her bed and read the same book over and over again. Her favorite book was Imperial Affliction by Peter van Houten. Her mom thought she was depressed because depression is a side affect of cancer.

Her mom brought her to a doctor called Doctor Bro-colli. He gave them the idea to visit a support group.

It's a support group for all kinds of foods that live in this town. Potatoes, beef, tomatoes, blueberries, etc. Everyone is welcome and everyone is equal.

Hazel's mom secretly signed her daughter in for the support group, little did her daughter know who she'd meet there.
