(It's not how it should be, run now while you're free)

It hasn't been this way for a while,

Some cracks start forming and light breaks through.

Something is different about this light though, this light is bright

Your eyes are barely adjusting to it like they've become obsolete.

Nothing like this artificial light that you've grown so accustomed to

Now the wall is nearly gone and this warm and bright light is greeting your face

You see a whole world out there, nothing that you're used to, it's so different than what's been surrounding you for years

It's brand-new, like your whole world has received color and all the gray has dissipated

All including the negativity and ill feelings you shouldn't have had at your age, you feel like yourself again like you're high but you're not and you haven't felt this way in years

It's been so long since you felt this way, you all but just forgotten how it was

You realize someone had gone in and messed with the things they shouldn't have

There was a wall surrounding you and now it's gone, without them their false walls can no longer exist, you're free once more

In the sunlight and world, no longer hidden and scared, you're out of that place never to go back....
