On Christmas gifts are giving
Sometime we are thankful
Other times we just take them
Ungrateful for the presents
And it's not until afterwards
We realize how much we love it
We tend to judge the gifts
Based on their outer appearance
The wrapping paper, at first
Not considering what is inside
But what will last is the gift
What is inside the paper
For a beautifully wrapped gift
Can be empty
And a ugly gift unwrapped
Can be the best present
Each person is different
And each desired gift is different
But that is what makes every gift
Love, treasured p, and unforgettable
A lot of time and thought
Goes into getting a gift
Appreciate your gifts
