"It'll be fine. Jessica you worry too much!"
Jessica was sorta like my guardian. My parents aren't home alot. I see her more as a sister. Don't get me wrong but she was starting to get on my nerves.
"Anna Blake! I do not worry too much and it is not fine! You don't even have your drivers liscence. How could you possibly drive a car?"
I tugged at my braid and rolled my eyes. "Jess, why do you think Mom and Dad keep all those cars in the garage."
"That's not the point. If you would just-"
"if it's the car your worried about then don't. My parents are loaded. If I somehow damage one of them they can get a new one. It would hardly cost them anything!" I slipped on my white scarf over my loose red shirt.
"That's still not the point. Anna Blake if you would just hear-"
"Jess! I asure you I will not crash the car!" I laughed as I tugged on my Uggs.
"Anna Blake Wiley! It's not the car I'm worried about!"
I grabbed my Vera Bradley messanger bag and slipped it onto my shoulder. "Then what?"
"Anna Black I'm worried about you! You can't drive. If you get hurt your parents can't pay to replace you."
"I'll be fine Jess! I won't get hurt I promise. Besides, I've seen my parents do it a billion times."
"But, still!" Jess frets too much sometimes.
"Besides, I'm only driving a few blocks to school. Bye Jess!" I grabbed the keys and headed out. I mean, driving has to be as easy as it looks, right?
