(((DON'T JUDGE!!!! I was singing this as a song but decided to keep it as a poem since none of you would have the tune I'm thinking of ^_^ Anyways, it's really late where I am and my thoughts tend to get darker when I'm tired.....))))

Hush now quiet now as the darkness sings its song

You cannot ever escape for the tune goes on and on

It never rests, it never pauses, never skips a beat

Unlike any other song, it's really quite a feat...

Hush now quiet now the darkness closes in

Insanity draws closer as it creeps beneath your skin

You cannot run, you cannot hide for it is always there

It haunts your dreams and brings you fright, it's really quite a scare!

Hush now quiet now we're coming to an end

The song that lasts forever will leave darkness as your friend...

Its haunting tune plays through the paths not making a mistake,

It keeps a secret grin hidden, madness in its wake
