Prolouge - Sage
I am running, I can't stop. I'll never stop. I hear the footsteps behind me, trying to intimidate me. I will never stop, I will never stop. Never. I feel hands brushing my neck, trying to grab hold onto me. I freeze, letting it crash into me and topple over. I swiftly move to the side, but one of them grabs onto my hair. I remain calm, kicking backwards and sending my attackers flying backwards. I run, then duck behind another tree. I will never go back to that horrid place. I breathe in deeply, calling forth the energy I know so well. The energy flows into if my fingers for a brief second - before I feel a sharp pain on the back of my head. No! I claw at my conciusness, but it's no use. The last thing I thought of was my daughter, sitting at home, waiting for the day I would come home. That day wouldn't come.
(Sorry for such a short prolouge!! I was in a hurry!)
