Josh was found by the dedsec (SF) recruiter after CTOS 2.0 profiled him as having a low mental maturity score and unable to get a job because high functioning autistic he made videos about how to try and break CTOS 2.0 but being high functioning he had a very Distinct speech pattern and only wore a cheep skeleton mask to hide his face that had his eyes showing so it was easy for dedsec to track him down
