Name: Penny Ruble
Age: 15-19
Job: Penny sews cloth for a living, and used to be a ballet dancer. After she had a bad injury and was drowned in medical bills she decided to quit dancing forever.
District: 8
Personality: Penny is very quiet and tends to keep to herself. She doesn't make much eye contact and doesn't leave her house much, either. She appears miserable, and often is, though she will never admit to being anything other than fine. She does not have many friends anymore, and has underdeveloped social skills. She reads occasionally, but nowadays does little more than sew and stare into the distance. Some people think that her dance injury altered her brain. Others say she is merely terribly depressed. No one knows for sure what is going on in her head, but everyone knows she is a hopeless case.
Other: She is often quite rude due to her underdeveloped skills, but she is not a truly mean person. She also likes to cook, and good food is one of the few things that can make her smile anymore.
